1. Agreement
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the individual seller identified as the provider of Qardex in its App Store listing. By downloading, creating an account, or using Qardex, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@qardex.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The Qardex service
Qardex offers tools to create, organize, study, share, and race with flashcards. Features may change as we improve the service. Some features require internet access, an account, device permissions, a subscription, or Race Tokens.
Qardex is a learning aid, not professional advice or a guarantee of academic results.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide features you request.
You must have the rights needed to upload content. Do not upload confidential, infringing, unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or privacy-invasive material. Content shared to a group or marketplace may be seen and reused by other users as the feature explains.
5. AI-generated content
AI features create drafts from your prompts and source material. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing it, respecting third-party rights, and deciding whether it is suitable for your use. Do not rely on Qardex for professional or safety-critical decisions.
6. Community rules
When using profiles, friends, groups, chat, races, shared decks, or marketplace features, you may not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, cheat, manipulate results, distribute malware, or share illegal or infringing content. You may report or block users through available controls.
We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
7. Subscriptions
Qardex may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included benefits shown on the Apple purchase screen apply to your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
- Apple handles billing and refund decisions under its policies.
- Deleting Qardex or your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
If purchase access does not appear, use Restore Purchases in Qardex or contact support.
8. Race Tokens
Race Tokens are a limited, revocable digital feature that may be used only inside Qardex for eligible in-app actions. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or property; have no cash value; and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside Qardex.
Token pricing, pack size, and usage are shown in the app. Except where law or Apple policy requires otherwise, used digital items are non-refundable. We may correct balances affected by error, fraud, chargeback, or abuse.
9. Intellectual property
Qardex software, branding, interface, and original materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Qardex and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially violate these terms, create risk for users or the service, or when required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Qardex is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output, permanent availability of user content, or a particular learning result.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, opportunity, reputation, or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without taking away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
